Open-faced biscuit topped with bacon, sliced ham, two eggs your way, and topped with sausage gravy. Served with one side. Our local classic.

Clifty Farms center-cut country ham served with two eggs, hashbrown casserole, and your choice of bread.

French Toast
Thick Brioche toast slices grilled to tender perfection and served with bacon and eggs. Also available as a dessert toast with bananas, chocolate chips, pecans, strawberries, or blueberries, and honey.

Mountain Man Omelet
Three-egg omelet filled with Swaggerty sausage, applewood smoked bacon, ham, cheddar cheese, roasted red bell peppers, mushrooms, caramelized onions, topped with our house-made sausage gravy. Choice of biscuit or toast.
Waffle Combo
Two amazing Belgian sugar pearl waffles, eggs your way, applewood smoked bacon or Swaggerty sausage patties.
Full Stack Hot Cakes
A stack of three buttermilk or buckwheat hotcakes topped with your choice of blueberries, strawberries, apples, pecans, chocolate chips, or bananas.
Hot Cake Combo
One hot cake, your choice of ham, two sausage patties, or bacon, two eggs any style and a choice of grits or hash brown casserole.
Cafe Omelet
Three-egg omelet with cheddar cheese and your choice of bacon, ham, or sausage. Hashbrown casserole, and toast or biscuit.
Crepes
A nod to Elvira’s Russian roots — buckwheat crepes, made in-house, filled with whatever’s fresh. Gluten-Free Options: please ask your server about our gluten-free bread and hamburger buns, and let us know of any dietary concerns. Our food is prepared daily, seasoned and hand-breaded to order; we are not a 100% gluten-free environment.
