A Dream Became a Home

Elvira arrived in East Tennessee in 2001 and quickly fell in love with the Smoky Mountains, its people, heritage, and traditions. What started as a dream became a home in Wears Valley. In 2012, that dream turned into Elvira’s Cafe, a women-owned restaurant built on passion, perseverance, and heart.
